Dancers danced during the festival period despite the weather condition was not good. Due to the rain fall, I took photos less than usual, but I used more films.

Participants: 80 They won Gold Prize. Six years has past participating from the prefecture of myth, Tottori. They become familiar with the citizens of Kochi. They won the highest prize in the six years. They may win the grand prix in the future. |

Participants: 100 They won Dancing Spots Union Prize. Their leading car leads dancers featuring MATSURI (festival). |

Participants: 100 The rhythm of samba continues. The name of this team has changed. |

Participants: 70 One of the most famous things in Kochi is Sunday Market held in Otesuji Street every Sunday. You can get various goods, foods, etc by reasonable prices. Tetsuto MATSUO, the mayor of Kochi city particpated into this team. |

Participants: 130 They won Silver prize. They won Grand prix at the festival eve show. The contrast of the move and still is remarkable. |

Participants: 120 They are very fresh. I can feel a stream of Yosakoi festival by dance and music of this team. |

Participants: 50 I was surprised a little to see this team last year. They can be one of tastes of the festival. |

Participants: 100 They won Leading Car Prize. They heal people with their healing style music. |

Participants: 150 They won Gold Prize. They renew the record of continuous participation from the first time of the festival. They featured "challenge" spirit before the 50th festival next year. They looked different from the style last year. They participated Harajuku Omotesando Genki Matsuri SUPER YOSAKOI 2002 in Tokyo. |

They won Silver prize. This year's commercial promotion series is "Masu-masu Hanjo"(more and more prosperity) with "Masu"(Measures) in their hands. The music was so good. |

They won Yosakoi Grand prix. They also won Takemasa Eiichi prize at the post festival show. They realized the concept of having fun with dancers and spectators altogether. Their costume is so pretty and so nice, the music was good. They are perfect. |
