Tetsuto Matsuo, the Mayor of Kochi City / Kochi City Office Dancing Team

Mr. Matsuo is called "Mayor Ryoma" in Kochi. He participated for two days with the Kochi City Dancing Team.
"Ryoma" is derived from Ryoma Sakamoto who was born in Kochi. He was very famous for his work during the Meiji Restoration.
